Kwang-Sik Choi (Albert) a marine biologist and a country coordinator of Korean MPA. During 2002-2004, he has been involved in the soft coral community propagation project in Segwipo, Jeju Island which was funded by Korean Ministry of Environment. He was a member of advisory committee for the Jeju Provincial Government for the Segwipo Marine Protected Area.
